Payouts are processed after the referred learner completes the 30-day validation period — which includes completing orientation and meeting minimum engagement criteria with no refund raised.
No — the referral incentive applies only to new enrolments. If the person you refer is already enrolled in any Hero Vired program, the referral will not qualify for the payout.
Your payout per referral increases as you make more successful referrals. For Strategy, Innovation & Leadership: 1st = ₹30,000; 2nd & 3rd = ₹40,000; 4th onwards = ₹45,000. For Leading with AI: 1st = ₹10,000; 2nd & 3rd = ₹15,000; 4th onwards = ₹20,000.
A referral is successful when the referred learner enrols, completes orientation, passes the 30-day validation period with minimum engagement, and has not raised a refund or cancellation request during that window.
