Frequently Asked Questions
You can participate by either referring friends to Hero Vired or becoming a Vired Speaker. For referrals, you'll need to sign up as a Vired Ambassador, Mentor, or Opinion Leader and you'll get rewarded for every successful enrollment. If you choose to become a Vired Speaker, you'll be paid for each Webinar or Alumni Connect appearance, in addition to other benefits.
Becoming a Vired Ambassador allows you to earn rewards by referring friends to Hero Vired. You can earn while contributing to a vibrant learning community.
As a Vired Speaker, you'll earn recognition for your expertise, inspire future leaders and create a lasting impact in the learning community. You'll also earn INR 3,000 for each Webinar or Alumni Connect appearance.
To become a Vired Speaker, you need to have expertise in a relevant field and a passion for sharing knowledge. You can apply through our platform, and if selected, you'll be added to our community of thought leaders. Vired speakers need to be alumni of Hero Vired.
The program has three levels: Level 1: Vired Ambassador – Earn INR 30,000 for each of your first two enrollments and INR 3,000 for each Webinar or Alumni Connect appearance. Level 2: Vired Mentor – Earn INR 32,000 for each of your third and fourth enrollments and INR 4,000 for each Webinar or Alumni Connect appearance. Level 3: Vired Opinion Leader – Earn INR 35,000 for each enrollment starting from the fifth and INR 5,000 for each Webinar or Alumni Connect appearance.
Yes, you can participate in both activities. By referring friends and becoming a Vired Speaker, you can maximize your rewards and impact.
Once you refer a friend, our team will review the referral and reach out to the individual. You'll receive updates on the status of your referral and any rewards you may earn once the lead progresses through the enrollment process.
Rewards are typically processed and distributed within 30 days of successful referral. However, your referee's batch start date should have successfully passed. You will receive notifications about your reward status and payment.
